Sorry, I am still confused.
So should it say salary no less than (salary in labor) or should it mention salary no less than (salary in I 140)?
Here's what I requested my employer to write in the Letter:
Current salary is XXX.
Salary that will be offered on permant residence will be not less than YYY (mentioned in the labor)

My 140 and 485s (with my wife as derivative )are from Nebraska and have a set of A#s,

how to combine them and make uscis inform abt it???

We decided to go for 485 that had older PD
I know someone who applied for 2nd set and then withdrew the 2nd application as soon as he got Receipts (his application was in Neb and wife's was in Texas << this could lead to major delays as the files are now physically located in different centers)

Wanted to let everybody know that we received our green cards in hand today. We immediately made a trip to the Social Security office to update the records and get rid of the clause that says "not valid for work without INS authorization". We also signed a new I-9 with the green card.

Job Zone 4 does not automatically translate to EB3. Even though the title maybe EB-3, if the requirements exceed normal requirements for jobs in Job Zone 4 then after a (successful) business necessity audit the candidate maybe able to file in EB2.

Its been over 3 hours now that I informed CapitalOne that the discrimination is illegal. And as expected, no reply received yet.
You scared the HR. He/she would have never thought you will get back to them with this info :D
I was talking to a reqruiter the toher day and he told me of a case where he placed a candidate with EAD and within weeks the EAD expired and the renewal did not come in time, though they managed to clear out the issue, the company seems to be uncomfortable dealing with the EAD shit, thats what he told me.

This is what i am doing to call a cell phone or any land line in india. Vonage has a call forwarding feature. Simply log in to your vonage account and go to features and configure the call forwarding feature.Configure such that the call is forwarded after 20 sec's. Intially vonage rings and after that it is forwarded to the india cell or landline forwarding number. Its free of charge as calling from vonage to india #'s is free. Hope this puts the debate to rest.

Lingo gives the feature of calling from your mobile number to an indian landline but not indian mobile. I am not sure if your way solves this problem.

What we can think of is Sending your tax statements for 5 years to tell them how honest we have been and how much we contributed to economy..
Sending it to local senators ?.

I highly discourage this idea. Its mean and against the whole idea of protest.
I would rather go with second round of flowers.

After 2 failed marriages (i mean with 2 different companies)...some risk-taking ..coz, i left my second employer after crossing 200 days since filing I-485 , Used EAD and took up full-time employment with an awesome organization , and then later 2nd employer revoking I-140 that lead to an RFE ...and USCIS keeping the status Response received since Jan 2009 ...and now this ...after opening an SR on 08/10..Looks like it took an exact week since the SR was created.
Of course, my roller-coaster was a small one compared to the rest of the friends in this forum.. Good luck to all and thanks to one and everyone.

b) lack of resources and funding to process all the name checks.
(premium processing will provide those funds)
immigration relief like recapture, more visas etc require congressional approval and i dont think we will see any till mid 2009 after the election is settled.

How could a name check wait for several years? Nobody is working on it, that's how. You can not explain it any other way. There is no streamlined process to process NC requests. All USCIS requests have a priority level 3 - requests WITHOUT specific deadlines. All other problems - bad search criteria that produces too many false hits, the decision to search in reference files for all requests, lack of electronic document depository for NNCP - are secondary. When expedite is requested on the NC, the FBI resolves it in a matter of weeks. In fact, they can process up to 100 expedite requests a week without affecting productivity. That means some requests are just plain ignored.

Sorry, I did not see the Fedex part of your question, but here is what I have found from experience:
I had to send some tax related documents to the IRS earlier this year. And I went to UPS. They said that they themselves do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, but take the help of the USPS to get the job done.
So, I went to the post office, sent it via the one where they give you a tracking number, and it worked out fine, and cheaper. I intend to do the same this time.
Regarding the arrangement of documents in the packet, I would refer you to:

I have two labors
PERM EB2
Labor: Certified
PD: Dec 06
I-140: Filed in Premium Processing on May last week
RFE Received: June 1st
RFE Response Sent: June 6th
Status: No updates from USCIS
I-485: I can file based on the pending I-140

Labor: Noy yet Certified. Based on my case analyst at DBEC it should be certified by June 30th.

1. If I file I-485 with EB2 labor. Can I use EB3 PD later for getting GC faster?
2. Does PD matters once I-485 is filed?
3. If I file I-485 with EB2 and then due to some reason my I-140 gets rejected what options I have?
